PUBLIC BETA
Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026
ReConduct is an AI-assisted repair and diagnostics beta. This page describes the data the beta is designed to collect and how beta controls work. Before a production launch, this policy should be reviewed against the final hosting, analytics, authentication, payment, and third-party services actually enabled.
Information used to provide a diagnosis
Depending on what you submit, ReConduct may process symptom descriptions, selected equipment categories, fault or error codes, photos, diagnostic test results, measurements, case history, and repair outcomes. The beta also creates a random tester identifier in local browser or app storage so your cases can be separated from other testers' cases.
Optional improvement data
Using ReConduct does not require you to opt in to diagnostic-improvement use. Diagnostic/outcome improvement consent and media-improvement consent are presented separately. Media is not intended to be included in improvement use unless the applicable media consent is enabled.
AI processing
Information needed to perform an AI diagnosis may be sent to the AI service configured by ReConduct. The production privacy notice should identify the final provider and applicable data-handling settings before the public beta is opened broadly.
Usage and cost controls
The beta may record operational events, diagnostic request counts, token usage, request outcomes, and estimated API cost so ReConduct can enforce usage limits, protect the service from abuse, and understand beta reliability.
Deletion
The beta includes a control to delete the cases, submitted media, diagnostic results, feedback, and other records associated with the current beta identity. De-identified aggregate operational or cost totals may be retained where they no longer identify the beta tester.
Safety and sensitive information
Do not intentionally submit passwords, financial credentials, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive personal information. Avoid including people or private documents in diagnostic photos unless necessary for the repair case.
Contact
Questions about the beta can be sent to support@reconductai.com. Set up and monitor this address before public launch.
