Terms of Use

Effective September 1, 2026

These beta terms are a launch draft for ReConduct, an AI-assisted repair and diagnostics service. They should be reviewed for the final business entity, jurisdiction, hosting, billing model, and store distribution before commercial release.

Beta service

ReConduct is experimental software. Features, supported equipment, availability, limits, and diagnostic behavior may change during the beta.

Diagnostic guidance

ReConduct provides informational diagnostic assistance. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Do not treat a prediction, confidence score, image interpretation, or suggested test as a substitute for qualified professional service when the equipment or procedure is safety-critical.

Stop when unsafe

Do not perform a procedure you are not trained, equipped, or legally permitted to perform. Disconnect and escalate where appropriate. Extra caution is required around mains/high voltage, batteries with high fault current, gas, fuel, pressure systems, rotating machinery, hot surfaces, airbags, brakes, steering, and other systems that can cause injury or property damage.

Your submissions

You are responsible for having the right to submit the descriptions, photos, measurements, and other material you provide. Do not submit content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Beta limits

ReConduct may impose per-user, per-case, daily, or global usage limits and may temporarily pause AI requests to control cost, abuse, reliability, or maintenance.

No guarantee of repair outcome

ReConduct does not guarantee that a diagnosis will be correct, that a recommended repair will solve the problem, or that a repair will be economical or safe in a particular circumstance.
